Book a library study room
Students at the University can book a study room in the library.
Look for the desktop icon on all library PCs.
How to book a room
Log in with your network username and password. At the Bookings tab in the top right of the screen, use Find & book or Check availability & book.
Peel Park campus lists rooms in the Clifford Whitworth and Chapman buildings / Frederick Road campus lists rooms in Allerton Learning Space and Allerton B’Hive / Current University students can make a maximum of four bookings up to two weeks ahead / A confirmation email will be sent to your University email.
Cancel your booking
Visit the Bookings tab. Select My bookings and choose the booking to cancel. Click the Cancel bookings button at the bottom of the screen.

Each room contains a whiteboard and plasma screen or projector. If you need help using equipment, please ask any member of staff or visit the Library Enquiry Desk.
Accessible study rooms and support plans
Students with a support plan can book any study room for an extended period of 4 hours by contacting the Library Enquiry Desk.
Students with a support plan should arrange bookings for Assistive Technology rooms at the Enquiry Desk, by telephone - 0161 295 5535, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. There are accessible study rooms at every site. Rooms can be booked for four hours at most.
Students must make the booking when meeting with non-medical helpers such as Study Coaches in assistive technology rooms.
