We provide industry-relevant, research-informed undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across science, technology, engineering and maths subjects. Worth £3,500, our Computing, Science and Engineering (CSE) International Excellence Scholarship supports high achieving international students to study at undergraduate and postgraduate level, gaining skills and knowledge for careers in:

Scholarship details

The CSE International Excellence Scholarship is worth £3,500. 

To be eligible for this scholarship you must be applying for the first year of study on an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate masters programme. Please see a list of eligible programmes below. 

If you are an undergraduate applicant, you must hold an offer for an eligible programme and achieve A level grades BBB or equivalent (equivalent qualifications are shown on our country pages).

If you are a postgraduate applicant, you must hold an offer for an eligible programme*, achieve at least a second class upper degree and meet your offer conditions by the admissions deadline (equivalent qualifications are shown on our country pages).

*Please note, this scholarship is not available for MSc Petroleum and Gas Engineering or MSc Gas Engineering and Management as a different scholarship is available.

How to apply

There is no separate application process for this scholarship. You will be assessed when you apply for your chosen programme of study. If you are successfully offered this scholarship, to receive the funding you must accept your offer of admission and pay your tuition fee deposit by the deadline specified.

Terms and conditions

You may apply for this scholarship if you have already been awarded a different scholarship. However, in line with our terms and conditions, you can only receive one scholarship - the one with the highest value.
